Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
During high-volume periods (sales events, product drops, or holidays), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional service that covers orders that are lost or damaged while in transit. For orders with Shipping Protection, PGMTL will review each claim and, at its discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. Cosmetic damage to sealed products (including dents, bends, or box wear where the factory seal remains intact) does not qualify for a full refund and may be eligible only for partial compensation.

Orders shipped without Shipping Protection are sent at the customer’s risk. PGMTL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
